I think that Isla Fischer stole the night all stunned in light sparkle on the carpet last evening, dazzling with undeniable glamour with a not too form-fitting dress that made her body look incredible and wasn't so gapingly open either.
Most celebrities decided to wear red, and I wasn't too impressed with any of the red dresses.
I always say good design is knowing when to stop.
A lot of my criticism for the choices this time around was due to the lack of utilizing body frames. Everyone who REALLY knows me knows that I do not always go with what is "in trend" because not everyone has the same body type. You have to work with what looks BEST on you! Don't forget that.
From left to right:
I think that the bottom of the dress looked unfinished. The top of it looks absolutely gorgeous, but I thought because she had such fantastic legs she should have gone with a shorter hem.
Next is the long floor gown:
Coming from a female with hips, I can honestly say that you have to be VERY careful with the material that goes straight across one hip to the other. I would have chosen a different fabric for her to flatter her waist. Her hair looks gorgeous though!
On the far right, this just didn't do it for me. The idea and concept of the material was neat, but I would have liked to see more mystery to her body.
Who else loved Isla's dress as much as I did?!
